Munters Air Treatment Services

From initial system design through commissioning and lifecycle maintenance, we support your air treatment equipment at every stage.

System Design & Engineering

Our engineering team collaborates with your facility staff to develop detailed thermal load calculations, equipment specifications, and system layouts. Deliverables include GA drawings, P&IDs, control schematics, and BIM models for seamless project integration.

Installation & Commissioning

Factory-trained installation teams handle rigging, mechanical connections, electrical integration, and BMS connectivity. Commissioning includes full performance verification against design specifications, airflow balancing, and operator training.

Preventive Maintenance

Tiered maintenance programs covering scheduled filter replacement, desiccant rotor inspection and reconditioning, bearing lubrication, belt tensioning, motor current verification, and control system calibration. Available in annual or multi-year contracts.

Emergency Repair & 24/7 Support

Rapid-response technical support with target response times under 24 hours for critical facilities. Our service engineers carry common spare parts and diagnostic tools, minimizing equipment downtime and production disruption.

Energy Audits & Optimization

Comprehensive energy assessments of existing air treatment systems using calibrated airflow measurements, power logging, and psychrometric analysis. Common findings include oversized motors (typical saving: 15-25% via VFD retrofit), missing or degraded heat recovery media (replacement payback: 12-18 months), and suboptimal control sequences. Each audit report includes itemized ROI projections with implementation timelines.

Scope of assessment: Fan energy consumption, coil performance degradation, filter pressure drop trending, ductwork air leakage testing (per SMACNA standards), and control system response verification.

Spare Parts & Consumables

Direct supply of OEM replacement parts including filters, desiccant rotors, fan assemblies, drive belts, sensors, and control boards. Critical parts maintained in regional warehouses for same-week dispatch.

Service Coverage & Applicability

Our standard service programs cover Munters-manufactured equipment within designated service zones (within 200 km of our 15 regional service centers). Emergency response targets of under 24 hours apply within these zones. For installations in remote locations or offshore facilities, we offer extended-scope contracts with pre-positioned spare parts kits and trained local partner technicians. Service scope for third-party or legacy equipment is evaluated on a case-by-case basis during initial site assessment.
